THE SUMMARY OF THE SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE II:
The second phase of school internship program started on November 7th, Wednesday and ended on January 18th, Friday. We had a total of nine weeks and 37 days class,in which two chapters from physics and three chapters from Chemistry were completed. Our concerned physical science teacher,Miss Chinmayi came for the class observation on 20/11/2018, where l took class on the 3rd period on the topic power of accommodation. On November 14th Children's day was celebrated and as part of that we the teacher trainees conducted the morning assembly. That was the only celebration we had during the second phase. The classes ended on 18th of January, where we thanked the principal and teachers of the school for accommodating us and giving us the required facilities.
On the final day we distributed sweets among everyone and specially thanked miss Rekha and Miss Bindu for helping us throughout the phase. It was a wonderful experience for me and for all of us.

NINTH WEEK OF SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 2: 14/01/19 to 18/01/19.
The ninth week and to be said as the last week of our school internship phase 2 started on Jan 14 and ended on 18th of Jan Friday. On 14/01/19 I had physics class on the 9 C and the unit was current electricity and the topic was flow of current. On the same day I conducted a conscientisation class in the same class. The conscientisation was taken on the topic Agricultural pollution due to the usage of chemical fertilizers. The cause and effects of it was taught to the students and a video was shown explaining what are fertilizers and their effects on nature. January 15th was declared as a holiday due to pongal and on the next day 16/01/19 I had class on 9C and the topic was preparation of hydrochloric acid. And unfortunately it was the last class of mine in this school. On 17th of Jan I conducted an Achievement test in 9C including the two chapters Acid alkali and salts and nonmetalic compounds. It was conducted for a period of 40 min time for about 25 marks to analyse the achievement level of the students. On Friday it was our last day in the school. It was a great experience as we are beginners in this glorious profession.
We taugnt and learned a lot from this school. We thanked principal Mrs Minija ma'am and our concerned teachers Mrs Rekha and Mrs Bindu and all other teachers giving this opportunity. And we give away sweets to our dear students, and thus it was our last day in S.N Trust Higher Secondary School Kollam.

Conscientisation Report
A conscientisation class was conducted on january 14th, 2019 regarding agricultural pollution caused due to fertilizers. It was taught in class 9C after conducting an awareness test regarding agricultural pollution. Fertilizers are any material of natural or synthetic origin that is applied to soils or to plant tissues to supply one or more plant nutrients essential to the growth of plants. Even though they have a greater application, the effect they have on the atmosphere is limitless. Therefore the demerits of fertilizer usage on the atmosphere were taught to the students and the effect it has on the atmosphere. A video showing the adverse effects of fertilizer and their harmful effects was shown at the end and the feedback of the students were collected regarding the class.

The eighth week started on January 7th and ended on 11th Friday. There were only three days class on this particular week as Tuesday and Wednesday were strike. The topics that I completed during the week were both from physics and chemistry. On 07/01/19 the physics topic was from the unit current electricity and was resistors. And in chemistry the topic was the production of ammonia. It was taught using ITM. On 10/01/19 there were chemistry class and the topic was the Nomenclature of hydrocarbons. On 11/01/19 too l have chemistry class in 9C and the topic was allotropes of carbon. And the class was taught by using ICT model. After that on seventh period I conducted a diagnostic test on the topic preparation of sulphuric acid from the unit nonmetalic compounds. There was no other specialty during this week and the classes ended at 3.30 pm and at 4.00pm on Friday with the National Anthem.

SEVENTH WEEK OF SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 2 : 03/01/19 to 05/01/19
The seventh week started on January 3rd of 2019. On the 1st day there were no classes due to BJP hartal. The next day we went to school after Christmas holidays and I had class in 9C both physics and chemistry. The physics topic was potential and potential difference from the unit current electricity and the chemistry topic was unsaturated hydrocarbons from the unit carbon and it's compounds. The next day, on 05/01/19 was Saturday and we had class on the day, where I taught them physics from the unit Current electricity and the topic was Ohm's law. There was only 2 days class in this particular week and as usual the classes ended at 3.30 pm and on Friday at 4.00pm with the National Anthem.
